    • William, Elizabeth and the children, lived at their estate on the road to Drumcondra, in Hollybank, just north of Dublin until about the mid 1860s when they moved to Biarritz France, where he was a Chaplin at the Anglican Church. They returned to Ireland in the 1870s, where they lived in the Milltown area of south Dublin, where William was appointed Rector of St. Philip's Church, Then later in nearby Roebuck Grove.

In 1876 he owned 1831 acres in county Mayo and 316 acres in county Galway.
